While at McKinsey, Sercan's focus has been Private Equity due diligence work across a wide range of sectors. Post-McKinsey, Sercan has advised several clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as joint venture structuring. From manufacturing to construction, from technology to services, Sercan's experience brings out-of-the-box perspectives to the table along with substantial knowledge on what it takes to make the deal happen. 

 

From tomato and pepper agriculture in İzmir to national energy investments, from social media and big data analysis to management consultancy in New York, Çelebi has a vast array of multinational leadership stories in different industries. 

 

Sercan Çelebi is also one of the co-founders, former spokesperson and chairman of Oy ve Ötesi Foundation (Vote and Beyond) - an independent and non partisan election monitoring organisation that emerged ahead of Turkish local elections in 2014 as a completely voluntary initiative - an mobilised 140K+ people across Turkey.

 

A graduate of German High School in Istanbul and Yale University, Çelebi takes special interest in agribusiness and  in the process of setting up an ecological farm in the Mount Ida region of Çanakkale in Turkey.

 

Sercan Çelebi practices martial arts and is fluent in English, German and Spanish.

NADİA ÖZGE GÖZÜM

Nadia Ozge led a wide range of projects at McKinsey's New York, Dubai and Istanbul offices, primarily focusing on strategy work in banking, payment systems, market entry and change management. 

 

In post consultancy life, she managed projects in capital raising/structuring, M/A, working capital optimization, debt issuing across a wide range of fields including infrastructure investments, renewable and conventional energy production, industrial construction and real estate development. Across Europe, Africa and Middle East, Nadia Ozge led efforts of Fina Enerji, GMR International and Rönesans Holding in project management, strategy, investments and partnerships. 

 

Since 2015, her focus is on deal structuring, shareholder matters, due dilligence and M&A advisory where she serves her clients as a trusted advisor. 

 

A graduate of Üsküdar American Academy and MIT, with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer science and a Master's degree in the same field, Özge is also the owner of MorGurme, a startup in import and sales of new generation healthy foods. 

 

Nadia Özge speaks English, and enjoys rowing and spinning in her free time.
